I have very mixed feelings about Zenoti. We have been using the software in our salon for 1 year now. The implementation was a nightmare and the customer service team was extremely difficult to work with. It's a very complicated system, and making small changes often requires several steps that are not intuitive, so you lean on the support team a lot. At the start of 2022 we were assigned an account point-person to help improve the poor experience we were having with Zenoti and it has helped the situation. I would not have renewed our contract this year had they not done that. I still find it to be a very complicated system but I at least have someone I can rely on to help when I'm having issues with the help portal.

Absolute garbage! Would give minus 5 if I could. Constantly having to re-enter my password just from swiping the screen to check different days. Have to uninstall and re-install several times a week. Has lost a bunch of treatment notes and case histories into cyber space. Thank goodness our company is finally going to switch programs ..can't happen too soon for me.

I migrated from MindBody to Zenoti and it was an incredible experience! I needed something a little more customizable according to my needs and Zenoti exceeded my expectations. As with any software migration, there has been a few hiccups but the support has been amazingly responsive every step of the way ironing out every wrinkle. My Customer Success Manager Tushar Bhatia has been instrumental in making the transition as smooth as possible. I am so thankful that I finally took the jump! Thanks to Zenoti, my practice is prepared to expand and I am no longer holding on to my fear of moving.

Had an appointment with Selina, mind you she picked the time and knew it was a Monday. We talked the night before and she confirmed the time and day only to have me waiting in the parking lot for almost an hour before she messaged me saying "She forgot they weren't open on Mondays" highly unprofessional and a waste of time and gas !
