16000 miles on the civic and the tech failed inspection on rear brakes. which were still above legal wear. Tried to scam rear brake job for 600 bucks. Manager backed the tech even after shown proof. NOT so friendly honda!!

Dealership puts oil change reminders in windows for 3,000 miles instead of going by Hondas maintenance minder that is built into the vehicle. As to why the dealership I bought the car from had a sticker in the window saying when the maintenance minder reaches 15% to schedule an appointment.

3 visits so far for TPMS sign. The TPMS problem started after new tires with rims(ordered by Friendly Honda) were installed. No resolution so far. They do not take ownership of problems they have createdbut they do continue to bill!
