I Currently Rent From This Company And I Thought They Were Going To Be Different From Rainbow Realty But Not. I moved in BeginningOf April Thinking My Landlord name Was Drew, He Informed Me To Pay My Rent All I Had To Do Was Go To A Chase Bank And Put Money In This Account. Now Middle Of May Comes And I Get A Letter Saying That A Leasing Company Has Brought The House. 1st I Dont Like How They Are Charging $10 A DAY For Late Fees With No Cap. I. Have Never Heard Of Such. I Get Paid Every 2 weeks, I Dont Always Get Paid On The 1st. The First Week It Started Getting Hot I Noticed My Central Air Doesnt Work, Coming To Find Out We Dont Have Central Air! Which was stated In My Lease And Drew Said The. house Came With One. I Didnt Get Mad I went Out And Brought 3 Air Conditioners. Plug one In My Living Room And My Fuse Box Blew. Called Maintenance Hotline And Left An Emergency Voicemail, 1 week later an electrician came Out And Fixed The Box, But Didnt Fix The Problem! My House Is A 3brd,I Was Only Able To Put One In My Sons Room Because He Has Severe Asthma...And the Other In My Dining Room. Made Another Call And Still No Answer Or Fix. Monday morning I Noticed A Small Water Puddle In My Dining Room(CARPET!!!) Near My Staircase,Called And Left A Message On Maintenance Line Again, And I Also Spoke With Someone Who Stated It Sounds Like A Leaking Pipe. It Is! And Its Getting Bigger And Bigger Everyday. I Dont Know What Their Definition Of Emergency Is But I Consider This A Huge Ass Emergency. Mold Grows Quick And Fast !!!! Skip Back A Couple Weeks Ago I Let Katie The Property Manger Know That I Will Be Sending Her A Check For My Late Fees. Today I Call And Find Out That They Filed Eviction On Me On The 17th! The DAY AFTER I CALLED AND REPORTED THIS WATER LEAK!!! Today I was Hung up On And Received Horrible Customer Service Because I was Confused On Why I Was Getting Evicted Since I Pay My Rent In Full Every Month! Katie Stated It WasBecause Of My Late Fees, I Reminded Her Of Our Phone Conversation The Previous Week Letting Her Know I Was Sending The Check! I Proceed To Tell Her About Our Leak She Informs Me That I Will Need To Move Anyway So The Leak Could Be Fixed But She Will Be Proceeding The Eviction. I Called The Health Department And Was Told An Investigation Will Be Starting, And Someone Will Be Out To Inspect Before My Court date. It Would Be Different If I Was A Bad Tenant And Not Pay My Rent Or Pay Half. I Pay In Full Every Month Only Missing A Few Days. Im Very Disappointed In This Company. They Are Only After Money!!!

LANDLORD BEWARE! Indianapolis is full of good property management companies. RPM Edge IS NOT OF THEM! This company managed two of my properties and tried to make me pay $18,000 (!!!!) for a $4,800 mold issue in one of my house. I have no proof of back pay but anyone would of course find it highly suspicious... When you hire a property management company, you put your trust into their hands. RPM completely violated that trust. We had to immediately terminate the contract and all these guys could think of is to find as many charges as they could on the last statementsunauthorized charges obviously. After two months of trying to find a fair solution, this company has not apologized, nor has provided any substantive evidences to disprove the abusive charges and lack of contractual obligation performances and never even defended their positions on their lack of fiduciary responsibilities. When you can't justify your actions, you have something to hide. STAY AWAY!
