Hello Denise, While I appreciate honest reviews on my school, I do not understand where your review is coming from. I understand you were an infant teacher at Wee Care which was the former school in our location. We are not associated with your former employer and it is unfortunate for you that your school closed without much warning. However, we are a brand new school and strive to give a state of the art education and have high standards for our facility, educational needs and teaching staff. To clarify, your son was enrolled for a month not 3 days, during that time, he was having difficulties adjusting even with myself and several other staff members going into the room to assist with your little one. We put extra staff in that room specifically due to the fact that your son needed extra TLC. He was given many hugs, warmth, kind words, diversions and attention as we do for all children in our care. It was simply explained to you that your child was having a hard time adjusting that he might not be ready to be put into a full time schedule all at once as he had never been in a school / childcare setting. It was suggested for you to wait a few months and then try the full time again, let him adjust to a part time schedule first. We try hard to work with parents and help with what is in the best interest of the child. We are here for all children to watch them grow and prosper. Children adjust at different paces as was told to you upon your tour and registration. We do our best to help the process, but ultimately, enrollment should be consistent, and routines should be structured. We gave your son a reasonable amount of adjustment time, and it was you that made the decision to pull him out of the center instead of try a part time schedule as suggested. He may have been better settled in if he had started half days for a while as full time is a long day for any little one. This was also suggested several times. We wish your little one much success in his academic endeavors.

This place is horrible! Do not send your kids there. I enrolled my son 2 years old there and within 3 days only! The owner decided that my son can no longer continue with them. Mind you my son was born during the pandemic therefore ended up having delays in social skills and speech. I enrolled my child to enhance his social skills. I Informed the owner that my son is being evaluated for early intervention and that he is very active. And that services should start soon. I realized that what the teacher and the school wanted was a child that just listens to them and obeys them. This is a 2 Year old this is a tough age. What the owner did is rob my son of the experience did not even give him a chance to adapt to the classroom and to the teachers. Instead decided to kick him out! This school failed my child. Awful and unprofessional school and I feel horrible that my son had to go through this experience.They do not care about your child!

As a parent I can't stress enough on how choosing the best daycare facility for our children can be. I came across Tiny Stars by chance, enrolled my two youngest & have not regretted my decision at all. By far one of the best learning centers my children have attended. A few weeks into the program and I noted a difference in my toddlers behavior and speech. I loved the interaction the staff had with all parents, they always kept me up to date with what my children were up to & discussed with me about any concerns. The activities they did with my toddler AND infant were great, as a parent you enjoy seeing your children involved in anything to blossom their learning developmental skills no matter their age level. The staff at Tiny Stars does a phenomenal job, I truly leave at peace whenever I head to work especially knowing that they are supervised at all times.

I cannot express how happy I am that my daughter is at tiny stars. The love and attention the teachers and staff show my daughter is wonderful. They truly care about watching the kids flourish while providing a safe environment. Being a working mom is hard and when I first started the journey to daycare with my Mia I was a nervous wreck. The director Ms.Linda put all my worries at ease. With such grace she always was available for my many phone calls and assured me that my daughter was fine and adjusting well. We began to get her daily art projects which have been both adorable and educational. Since my daughter started we have seen a change in her with her communication. She is more expressive and beginning to speak full sentences and phrases at home! Thank you tiny stars for all your warmth and kindness. This was the best decision my husband and I have made for childcare .
