Went in for a scooter flag about eight years ago. Couple of old guys were talking, one behind the counter, one in the customer area. I waited about 20 minutes patiently for the guy behind the counter to finish their personal conversation. They both looked increasingly irritated until one of them said LOOK KID WHAT DO YOU WANT! I then asked for a scooter flag and the guy said WE DON'T HAVE EM! My brother also went there to buy a motorcycle since and had a similarly bad experience. He drove to cedar Rapids and bought one. If I recall correctly I think they yelled at my brother not to sit on the motorcycles. To put this into perspective I was in my late twenties and he was in his thirties.

Bought a new Honda SxS. Salesman was rude, made more than a few inappropriate comments towards my wife. Had some issues with the side by side early on and they made up some story about how it was my fault. Fast forward and having more issues. Caught the service manager flat out lying to me multiple times. Will not do business there any more.
