Once you start this service you can never cancel it. In 2020 I called and canceled this serivice, I no longer live at the location. Inspect All has been charging me ever since. I can't seem to get them to cancel this service. I'm still being charged for this service and now I know their prices and gone up. I will never use them again and If I could give 0 stars I would.

The technician was very professional, knowledgeable and worked quickly. However, when he left, I discovered that he had failed to properly lock the top on one of the termite bait stations and it is standing open. They did do a good job when they got rid of squirrels on the attic. Once all the entryways were sealed up, there haven't been any pattering of little feet in my attic.

Someone came out and gave me a quote for 3 services I needed upon purchasing a house. I agreed to all, signed contract, gave them my credit card info and then never heard from them about scheduling. I reach out and they text me back that they would do HALF of the job they agreed to for the price I was quoted. Naturally I was very confused and asked them for clarity. They said the my salesman was no longer with the company and they would only be doing half of what they said they would do for the $3,000 they quoted me. Bizarre offer over a completely unprofessional means of communication.
