Called to talk to a lawyer and instead a very rude woman picked up the phone asking all kinds of details when she is not even qualified to answers legal questions then I asked to be transferred so I can speak with someone who is actually QUALIFIED to answer such questions and she just hung up - extremely RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. Would not even let me talk to her manager -I guess she doesn't want her boss to know what a crappy job she's doing answering phone calls. know that you lost a potential customer due her RUDE behavior.

They are the best! My lawyer took me through the process step by step. He kept in contact with me if I was missing any documents, ect. They took all the stress off of me and were extremely friendly and courteous. Anytime I needed to ask my lawyer a questions he always got back to me ASAP. I would highly recommend this firm to anyone! I'm telling you they were on it! I didn't get a ton of harassing phone calls from creditors! Listen to me! If you are considering going the bankruptcy route go with this law firm! They'll take good care of you! I can now breath! :)
