Hello Angel, you worked with my customer service manager at the store during your visit. He is not the owner. After reviewing video of the incident. First, Im going to say we dont appreciate our staff being disrespected, and your behavior was not acceptable. He just works here and is performing his duties within the boundaries he is allowed to. He provided the diagnoses of your system to me, I priced the system, as is standard practice, he then provided the diagnosis and price free of charge to you, which you approved. He repaired your console and charged the amount that was approved. There is no scamming going on here. If you disagree with the estimate, you are free to decline the repair. Once an estimate has been approved, no team member is permitted to change the price. Our process of diagnosing and pricing systems is as follows. A customer checks in a console. Our team diagnoses the system for free. I price it. our team writes that price down on your paperwork, then calls you and reads the price to you off the paperwork to prevent any pricing mistakes. Staff are required to diagnose consoles before they are priced to avoid exactly this kind of misunderstanding. You say we changed the price on you once you arrived to pickup, but interestingly, you started by saying you were only going to pay the amount you felt the job was worth, all the while you had the remaining balance in your hand. It appears you did know the correct price all along. Just snatching the system off the desk and paying what you feel the job is worth is not how things are done. The amount approved and agreed upon is the amount our staff is required to charge. What you attempted to do is theft. Our staff didnt appreciate you throwing the remainder of the payment at them. As far as the condition of your broken HDMI port, yeah, it was badly broken. Our team showed you pictures of exactly how bad it was, as well as provided you the multiple pieces that were left of the broken connector, and powered the system up after repair to show it to you working. These connectors break very very easily. As you and many others have experienced, a system in perfect condition from the factory has very weak connectors. A repaired console is equally as good as a factory installed connector by Sony, but again, those break easily so, yes our team was reinforcing that you must be gentle if you wish to have your PS5 continue to work. We dont reengineer these systems when we repair them. Of course we warranty all repairs we do. Also please dont accuse our team of doing something we clearly didnt do. We dont tweak ports. We showed you the system working at pickup, so we definitely didnt tweak your port. From this point forward, please choose another repair shop for your future repair needs. When things escalate to the point that we have to call the police, its time to go our separate ways.

I need to speak with the owner. Dude is straight scaming me. He called me for 175 hdmi port fix and once I came to pick it up he charged 250 dollars. I asked to speak with a manager/owner. He didn't want cooperate. He also said my hdmi was lose like there's a whole lot of red flash I had no choice to pay bc I came from a 2 hour drive so in total of 8 hours. I need the owners email or number. I paid bc I don't like wasting time. I'm pretty sure the guy was the owner. He's a liar as well I told him to call the owner on speaker which isn't hard to do to prove me he is calling him. Nothing the guy will over charge you. They also do a 30 day warranty bc they know it will break again they will tweak your ports. I need a call asap
