Wouldn't go near this company with a 10 foot pole. Been waiting for a piece of freight to be delivered for over a month. No updates on the website since 12/1. Customer service is very difficult to reach and when you get to them, one person says one thing, and another tells you something else. Tracking number is 2304678, someone needs to reach out ASAP. Delays due to Covid are understandable, a lack of communication and info is unacceptable.

Worst freight company I have ever worked with. Their estimated time frames mean nothing and can take an additional 10 days or more sometimes without any updates or explanation. It is basically like when they pick up your item you have no idea how long it will actually take so you can't tell customers when their item will arrive or plan anything around delivery times. I have never worked with a freight company like this and will never use them again.

I have been working with Clearlane for several years now and I must say, they really come through when you need it. It's apparent, If you need something next day, you will need to pay more and go with another company, but if you are in no rush, and want to save money, they are the best solution. Saved my customer from several attempt pickup fees, and made an impossible NYC pickup happen without any issues! Thank you for your efforts. Most carriers will charge an arm and a leg and still fail on service. Thank you Alexis for your help on order 2274066!

We consolidate our shipments and as a result published transit times may vary. If you can provide a little more information such as the Pro number or the shipper and consignee names we would be happy to investigate what delayed your shipment. Worst shipping experience ever. Take your money someplace else. Chartered a freight from CA to NJ, now its stuck at the delivery terminal for 4 days with no end in sight. If you are so lucky to get through to the customer service you shall be greeted by what seems to be a hoodlums with no skills or respect for paying customer. They will outright lie to you or provide a bogus excuse just to get you off the line. I was literally told that they do NOT guarantee any delivery dates! Nor they make any efforts to provide reliable service. How one suppose to conduct business and provide service to their customers when parts are late and there is no commitment on the delivery obligations? BBB complaint will follow.
