Update 11/8/17: They removed the images of alcohol brands from their site's Examples page and fixed the conflicts in their T&Cs. You're welcome, Mozeo! Looks like they had Google remove my screenshot of their old Examples page from my review as well. Still a 1-star company for their inexcusable customer service, outlined below in the original review. Original Review: Mozeo shut down my account without notice, claiming they don't allow companies that sell vapes/alcohol/tobacco to use their service, while using THREE alcohol companies, Heineken, Bud Light, and Carlsberg, as usage examples on their own website. Perhaps these examples are fake and are only there to rope in customers like me? There is also a contradiction in their Terms and Conditions and their Acceptable Use Policy -- the former says you can advertise so long as you follow the Best Practices guidelines for alcohol and tobacco while the latter says you can't. If the latter trumps the former, why then have beer companies as shining examples of their service? Shouldn't they have their accounts terminated too? Furthermore, when I reached out to them via Facebook for help regarding all this, they sent one response and then BLOCKED me so I couldn't even have a dialogue and ask how the issue could be resolved. They've also blocked me from using their services. What if I had another company that was unrelated to alcohol/tobacco/vaping and wanted to use their service? A very irrational move on Mozeo's part. Such service is PATHETIC from a 5+ year-old company. They don't want to support my small business? Fine. I'll gladly take my money elsewhere while telling everyone to AVOID Mozeo.
Unfortunately, Mozeo does not support small business. They blocked our account without any prior warning because we used a copyrighted term. We have been trying to contact Mozeo because would like to extract our patient numbers from Mozeo and they have not returned out calls or emails. Additionally, we requested a refund for the service we paid for which we were unable to use because they blacked our account. Poor customer service.

Raised an account issue today and was very well treated by Monica who assisted me. She explained a confusing to me feature and compensated us for the misunderstanding, definitely winning back my good opinion that Mozeo is a great company and platform. Thanks a bunch, Monica! You made this customer very happy and glad to continue with Mozeo!
