Audrey was exceptionally kind and attentive. The process was smooth and she made me feel welcome. Thank you for your great customer service! Edit: The office has shown poor communication and response times. I moved in June 18 and was shown a credit for July. July comes and they charge me more than the rent without explaining. I sent an inquiry and have not received an answer that shows nor explains where my money has been applied. If someone moves in mid month the rent should be prorated. I had to change my rating due to this.
They sent me a bill for $700+ dollars without providing receipts I requested. There was never a check in list on property damage on move in.. They charged me for water bill with no receipt $800 exactly, what bill is without change??, heavy cleaning with no receipt, furniture removal with no receipt...Need I continue... they provided me with move out instructions days after I was supposed to move out... and charged me for it. Poor company to work with.
