I have been waiting for more than a week to find out why a manufactured home does not fit their standards for some of their services. It was good enough for them to install a 10,000 dollar unit, but my floor now rises because they tell me that it was installed wrong five years ago, even though it NEVER happened in that time. I also found out after the fact that my 10 year warranty does not cover labor, which is also an option I was never presented. I am hoping they come up with a solution, or I may need to pursue other options.
Plumber was unprofessional & took three hours to remove a water heater. Apparently he had our renters bake cookies for him. I do NOT recommend this company.

Been out 2 times and said the problem was fix but AC went down a couple hours later waited all day for the to come back and they won't be here till tomorrow.
