The system doesn't work, we cant get help from any of the trainers or managers. We wait constantly for emails and phone calls back. Looking to leave and go back to our original provider.

This software is outstanding, takes some setting up and a bit of learning but you are supported all the way through. I must say the support has ben superb and always quick. We have managed to make all of our own forms and job sheets via the designer and this is great for running the branding through the platform. We have been using this for 3 months now and starting to find that the reporting and application of allocating jobs works well. Special Thanks to our onboarding Manager who ha been amazing! This was booked as a training session, however it turned into 2 hours of trying to fined solutions to the problems we are having with the stock control side of Joblogic, we are using a BETA version which needs a lot of work to suit our stock needs.
