I'm baffled by the amount of 5 stars they have. Makes me wonder if those reviews are planted by the company itself. I was offered a product and I was sold on it but they did not deliver even after following up with them 3 times. I was promised no less than 3 engaging posts per week...I got only 2 in 2 weeks. I submitted my request to display my Bio 2 times and even after calling and reporting it...it never went up. This company is trash...do not use it!

RUN for your life! This company is HORRIBLE! Hold times over an hour and a half to cancel the service that they never got right. This was the biggest waste of time E V E R in my whole career. Do yourself a favor and don't ever sign up.

Initially, this seemed like a great addition to my real estate business, to save me time with keeping my business Facebook page updated. Quickly I found that submitting information for "flyers" to promote my active/pending/sold listings or sales, was a pain. On a couple occasions, I went through the process of completing the time-intensive flyer, submitted it and it was never published on my Facebook page. Once I made the decision to cancel, I was told that the only way to do this was to call. Clearly, they are hoping that you will not wait out the ridiculous customer service hold time. I waited a total of 1 hour and 8 minutes (yes, you read that right) , during my productive time of the day, to even speak to someone to cancel. I had invested so much time on hold, that after 30 minutes had no choice but to hang in there. I could hear the other sales staff in the background trying to save other accounts once I did get through. The value of the service for what I received, was very disappointing. If you are a real estate agent looking for a company to add content to your business Facebook page, look somewhere else.
