Incompetent, unprofessional, and rude. From the tellers on up. Thats the type of service you get at this and all the other Seaway locations. As you may know, the original Seaway Bank failed a few years ago and was closed by regulators, then was taken over by the Self-Help Credit Union. I had hoped the new owners would straighten out their operation, but too many of the original Seaway people remain, apparently. Well, I finally closed our last account with these ignorant losers. Shouldve done it years ago. Adios, m.f.s
