The only reason I gave it 2 stars was because the final product was very, very nice. I believe in shopping local and rarely do reviews unless I am very hapoy. That is not the case now. The customer service was horrible. I ordered a single item for a Christmas present in early December. I ordered it from them because they said it would be no problem to have it ready by Christmas. They said it would be ready in a couple of weeks. That didn't happen. Then they said it would be ready on December 17 or 18th. I was fine with that. It wasn't ready. I called on the 19th and was told it would be ready on Saturday the 20th. When I called on the 20th, I was told it wasn't ready and don't call them back. They would call me when it was ready. I was a wee bit livid. Ok very livid. Who tells a customer that? I went there on Monday the 23rd. They had forgotten to bring it from the warehouse, but someone would go get and bring it to the store. They did finally call a little bit before 5 to tell me it was there, but they would be closed the next 3 days. If I wanted to get my Christmas present I had to drop everything and go then. Again the final product was very, very nice, but the customer service was horrible. There are too many other places in Liberty that do this service. I will never use them again.
We special ordered a hat for my husband over a month ago. We have been given the run around for weeks now! Multiple promises to call back with details and no one ever returns the call. Extremely disappointed in this business. We ordered this item for a actual event that has come and gone.
Terrible customer service. Very rude. Would rather shop anywhere than here. So much for hometown pride. We always support local businessesbut not when they are rude and disrespectful. I urge school related purchasers to rethink where to order from.
