We use the product for both staff and visitor sign in, love the look, feel and overall experience for visitors. We have several locations, so the price is up there a little bit for us, the only thing keeping it from "5 Stars" has been the billing process. We don't pay this via CC due to the large invoice and its been a hassle every time for us.
