Our company goes to great lengths to provide industry-leading customer service and to build high-quality homes for our new homeowners. We take all reviews very seriously. As our company grows, we have implemented new processes to ensure that communication needs are always met and that selection expectations are met (prior to contract) to ensure that we are the best fit for our new homeowners. We take pride in the fact that we survey all of our new homeowners in an effort to learn and better both our company and the way we work. These surveys are conducted by a third party, Avid Reports, and our customer satisfaction rating is currently over 91% for all of 2017 and 2018. That being said, there is always room for improvement. We constantly strive to achieve a 100% customer satisfaction rating as a reflection of our unwavering commitment to each of our customers.

As far as Home building is concerned. Well I would recommend buying a home which is existing then building with them. For every customization their response is no. Did I ever regret after signing the contract? Yes, for sure almost 20 times. They have worst process of updating their clients when the home is in progress. I can almost list 10-20 complains I have but well I have more important stuff but just want to alarm to think twice before entering into the contract. As far as people, they write their own reviews(lol) thats how good they are. Scott Looms is the part of Inspired homes. These guys didnt consider your current situation when I had to cancel the contract because of job change. I know they made lot of money on home they built for me. Wish they would have canceled my contract because they were getting profit anyway as the house they built for me has appreciated very much.

BUYER BEWARE!! As far as home building is concerned, you cannot trust this builder and I really regret signing a contract. We were one of the first buyers of a new plan that was just released and there were no specifics on the options and pricing So, we asked tons of questions and it took several weeks to get answers to these questions. We were told NO on almost everything that we wanted in our new home, such as a door between the master closet and laundry room, a window in the master bath, and a sink/cabinet in the laundry room. However, all of the items we suggested were added as options at a later date and we had to argue to include those options. Sherry in their design center was very rude and inconsiderate, rushing us during all of our selections. As far as selection is concerned for flooring, lights, faucets, appliances and etc., they have a severely limited selection and will not allow you to get anything else. So, if you want to pick a non GE appliance or a GE appliance that is not in their list, you will need to purchase it separately and have it installed after you move in and to no surprise they won't refund your money for the appliances that you didn't want. In our pre-construction meeting they would not show us any electrical plan or kitchen cabinet layout, so we did not get a chance to add any additional outlets where needed. Also, they promised to provide a weekly update regarding the status of the construction of our home, however we only received a few weekly updates in the entire build process. We continued to ask for updates throughout on these items without any response. When we finally saw the location of outlets and etc. in the rough-in stage and asked for a few changes, they said no. It took several weeks of arguing and delays to get them to let us make a change to add extra outlets. Additionally, they installed a severely damaged tub in our master bath and indicated that it would be replaced. After several weeks of not seeing the tub replaced, I met personally with the project manager on-site. He indicated that his boss, the director of construction and operations, told him not to replace the tub and apparently they were just hoping we would not notice. What a group of low-life scum bags that would try to take advantage of a young family trying to build a home to live in, so they can make an extra buck. Long story short, we argued and argued for several weeks to finally get the tub replaced with another broken tub that was patched. We had a roof leak as well between drywall installation and mudding/taping of the drywall and asked to have everything checked and replaced. However, they went on to mud and tape the drywall as if nothing happened before determining the source of the leak and checking for water damage. Fortunately, they later fixed the flashing on the roof where the water got in, but never replaced the drywall. Talk about poor customer service! We have also experienced issues with our heating and cooling system that was wired incorrectly and had no air flow to one of our bedrooms. Not to mention several problems with our tile floor not being grouted correctly in our master bath. Inspired Homes definitely hires the cheapest sub-contractors that you can find and they are completely incompetent as others have mentioned in reviews. Overall, I posted this review to get the word out and make sure that no family or individual is ever taken advantage of again by Inspired Homes. Currently, there are 5 star reviews out from Scott Looms, Chris Heely and Keith Colson, all of which work for Inspired Homes. So, most likely all of the positive reviews on this company are not legitimate. Don't be fooled by Inspired and please look elsewhere for your new home because there are better and more reputable builders out there.
