Please stay out of this Deceitful company, save your time and money. Due to Covid-19 Saudi government cancelled all trip to Makkah in February 2020. So, our scheduled Umrah visit also got cancelled. Saudi Arabias government stated that they will refund Umrah visa fees and service charges for would-be pilgrims. Therefore, I contacted to our travel agent (Sunnati Peace Tour) to get refund for Umrah visa fees, domestic air fare fee (Makkah to Medina), and Hotel charges (hotel stay at Makkah). As of now we have not received any refund for these. Btw travel agent charged service fees and I dont want refund for these service fees. Airline stated my money is refundable but they cant help me since I got the ticket through a travel agent, same response received from the hotel. Whenever contacted to Sunnati Peace Tour, they were kept saying that they are trying their best to get my refund (it seems these responses are just BS and deception) recently I sent three more email to know the status of my refund but have not received any response. Its been more that two years and they failed to address the issue.
