We are a large dealer group in Ohio and have been doing business for over 60 years. We have 7 new car franchises. In early April we purchased a vehicle for a customer of ours. They wanted a BMW X3 from Cutuly Auto Sales Inc. in Pittsburgh. We found the car at their dealership on 1002 Becks Run Rd. I've been an automotive manager and general manager for 30 years. I spoke to Cutuly about buying the vehicle. They said due to the fact that they went through the vehicle thoroughly and did work on the vehicle, thus he would not move on the price. I said Ok, thank-you. Later in the day he called me back and bettered the offer by only $300, If I would by the car that day. Which sounded strange but I asked again about the condition of the vehicle and I was told everything was perfect, minus a couple chips on the hood. So I went ahead and bought the vehicle because it was the vehicle my customer specifically wanted. Upon bringing the vehicle back to Ohio and having it serviced by my service department we found out that the rear break pads and rotors needed replaced. It also needed new brake sensors, caliper hardware and the right lower ball joint was loose, causing the tires to appear to be cupped. This in turn created a nasty scraping and grinding noise coming from the rear end of the vehicle when driving. THE COOLANT WAS EMPTY and we are lucky the vehicle didn't overheat on the trip from Pittsburgh to Ohio. In our business it's buyer beware as wholesale cars are bought as is. The owner of Cutuly seemed as if he was being honest with me in the beginning, but it turned out he was NOT!!! I am writing this just to advise the people who are considering doing business with this company to beware and take the vehicle to an expert mechanic before you get burned. When I called back my friend from a few days ago, he responded with what I knew was coming, too bad, so sad. BEWARE DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE VERY DISHONEST!!!
Mark, We have not received any correspondence from you. We also have no idea who your "client" is nor did we receive any calls from you. Why don't you state what vehicle was purchased - you state the month but not the car - strange. Very unfair to write a review slandering a company that is upfront, honest and does business the right way. Especially in a pre-owned market we take pride in our devotion to providing the best possible pre-owned vehicle while being upfront with our customers. My question is - why would a personal injury lawyer represent a "client" for this matter -doesn't add up to me. Guess business is slow for you when all you have to do is write a review in order to purposely try discredit a small family run honest business.

I am truly disappointed in Dominic and his way of doing things. My client bought a vehicle on August 2018 and ever since he got it out of the shop it's been nothing but problems. First the car had some issues with coolant leaking $ 250.00, electronic relay $ 352, the exhaust needed completely re-done $ 2500, the car sensors needed replaced. We tried contacting Dominic as soon as my client found the first problem, but Dominic was non-responsive. Truly disappointed, we were not going to write a review, but hopefully this helps others and also the owner to improve his services, along honesty to his customers.
