Don't use this website, total scammers. I bought an item for my son's birthday because it was a good price, but still it was 78 so a lot of money to me. It never arrived. They informed me that the courier had lost it. They said they couldn't send another because that was the last one, but it still showed as available on their website. They assured me they would process a refund, but didn't. I phoned again, the girl said she had done the refund there and then. No refund appeared. I messaged them via PayPal and they ignored it. Finally got a refund through PayPal resolution centre. Avoid!
