Nothing has changed.... No staff seemed when I can to pick up order and when I did see someone, the only interest was the cell phone until the luxury cars came and all volunteers came out to help rush me through. The same when I had waiting to have my assessment if someone drove up in a luxury car the all tripped over themselves to help. As for me and one other lady we both had to jump through hoops to get assistance and all other nationalities didn't, especially the hispanics and from Africa. Staff should be ashamed of themselves. Especially when they out one lady through all kinds of grief.
Been helping us here and there whenever we need it with food and they help with electricity bill one time I'm very appreciative and once I get my disability settlement I will be donating back to them

I would never go here again I had an emergency room with my son for over a week and I was short on my check, I received a eviction notice and I had to prove I was in hospital with my child just to get help.I really believe they help only the Hispanic folks that was in there with us that day and most of us got turned down. Thanks to the nice lady at the front desk that referred me to go else where. I would not be coming here again I dont like how I was treated
