One of the most unprofessional businesses I have ever frequented. We don't always remember what people do for us however we absolutely always remember how they make us feel. I completely understand that numbers are numbers and business is business however customer service and professional courtesy should always be displayed when patrons are spending their hard earned money with you. Bob Daugherty has the same unjustifiable ignorant and belittling demeanor as an old slave owner whose fire is still lit and ready to burn down church houses "for the better". This owner makes it uncomfortably noticeable that he does not want the business of African Americans. They have disclosed confidential information regarding other customers of theirs with me for no apparent reason other than to humiliate and degrade the integrity of those that are again, spending their hard earned money with them. I have only been a customer of theirs for two months and I regret the day I purchased a vehicle with this company. I recommend NO ONE to conduct business with them as they proudly showcase a superior persona amongst those they believe to be lesser than them, yet lack the automotive knowledge one SHOULD possess when operating a vehicle business as they weren't able to efficiently answer questions regarding the conditions of the vehicles they are selling. One star is reflected on this review only because it is required, in all honestly this company doesn't even deserve one.
Thanks for your feedback, I see you purchased a car 2 years ago. In response, we do full inspections on all cars priced above $6000. otherwise a safety inspection is performed. Unfortunately cheaper cars like the one you purchased are more likely to develop a problem especially since it is a machine. Sorry for the issue's you may have occurred. Bob

This car lot dos not do inspections on their cars beware and it looked over before buying
No, that's not the whole story. After your friend lowballed her on a car we already have discounted she said maybe you should drive it first before you make an offer. your friend looked at you and said do you want to drive it and then she ask who the car was even for and when you said my brother, she ask where he was and you said out of town until Friday so she said you should come back Friday with him so he can drive it since he is the buyer, then we could negotiate with him. Not sure how that could be deemed rude.
