1st order online filled and shipped quickly. 2nd order totally opposite. Order placed 12/4, not given to shipper til 12/9! Called store, clerk said she couldn't help but gave me mgr's email (twice confirmed with clerk). Emailed 2x, no response; no 'undelivered email' received. Emailed info@theshopindy. Received a terse & condescending responses from a 'co-owner' saying 'people like me....', pretty rude. Will never spend another dime here...order STILL has not arrived as of 12-15, even though I am 12 miles from shop.
Great products but Customer service is terrible. They don't return your calls or emails. They also focus on irrelevant problems. They do have sales once in awhile. I wouldn't purchase anything full price. I bought and item at full price and the next day, everything was 25% off.
