At all of our locations, rent is due on the 1st of the month, and late fees are applied to the account at the very start of the 6th day of the month (midnight eastern time) if payment has not been received. We offer a variety of payment options to make this process convenient and seamless for our tenants, including payments online, over the phone, or even automatic payments. If automatic payments are declined, we will reach out to affected tenants to resolve the payment issue prior to the late fees going into effect. Not terrible but not the greatest they have a sneaky way of charging your debit card for late fees even if u make it on the day of deadline ......over this place
