They hide everything and don't tell you that on a yearly basis they let go of x amount of staff. There is poor communication and drama wherever you look.

First of all, they're doing a great job for people with disability and all the team of social workers, nurses and coordinators do their best to provide best help to those innocent people and their families. But, the administration team is the worst ever especially their controller Marilynn Comollo, she's so rude and unfair woman. So, if you are going to join the finance team please rethink about it because that'll on your own risk. Also, it's a kind of so routine place with no chance to change and if you're a kind of a passionate person or have a new perspective on different things, don't waste your time there and even try. I worked for this company about a year and I had a horrible experience with this toxic controller. Finally, if you can't live without natural light and good views, don't go stuck in small dark cubicles there as you gonna easily get depressed.
