Worst company out there I would not recommend this company to anyone I was supposed have audio equipment delivered to me for a rehearsal dinner on November 17 I get a text message not a phone call saying I am not able to deliver audio equipment I thin tried to call the company to see if I was able to pick it up no one answered The phone The customer service from this company is the worst I would never ever recommend this company to anyone. This company is a fly-by-night company they only work when they want to work. I even texted and asked if I could come and pick up the equipment all I got but I am sorry Im not able to do this the text was three hours before a rehearsal dinner

This company does not follow the CDC guidelines and they DO NOT WEAR MASKS. The number I called said to leave a voicemail or for quicker response to text. I texted the number asking basic questions. I then received a screenshot of my conversation from a different number informing me that this company posted on FB mocking me for asking about masks and my phone number was at the top. Extremely unprofessional and rude. Do not give them your business!

I recommend Jump start party rentals to anybody that wants a professional and knows what they are doing. The bounce house was clean. No problem with drop off or pick up. And the people that work there are extremely nice.
