I did my research on this company before shopping & even with the bad reviews I saw I still decided to this company a chance. I had a order for 5 shirts for my golden birthday. I had to drive 2 hours in total to get this done. Long story short one of the shirts I ordered was incorrect. I reached out to the owner & made him aware. He responded once before he stopped, waited over a hour to get a response back and I had to double text to get that. Rather then just refunding me for the one incorrect shirt, wanted me to drive 2 hours there and back to get the shirt. Why should I have to inconvenience myself from your mistake? What sense at all does that make? I dont come to Champaign often at all and I made him aware of where my location was. This is a prime example as to why you cant support your black owner businesses honestly. Had it been a white owned business they wouldve refunded me and offered another shirt thats correct. So I would definitely not recommend this company at all. I giving it one star because I cant give it 0.

Had a last minute t-shirt done for my sister's 50th birthday came back on her birthday they gotten it done on what I asked for. Beautiful n talented If I could give them a 10 star I would I recommend this place
