Kelly I am sorry that your experience with Home River Group was less than what you expected. As you and I discussed you credit over the threshold was refunded, I believe it was $93.00 and for a make ready to be completed as we had leased the home quickly. Still it was over the threshold and we did refund the money. We offer our owners our service to check vacant homes when the weather will turn cold to ensure that furnaces are working and there are no surprises. As an out of state owner this is even more important. We refunded that charge per your request, even though it is beneficial and our owners appreciate the fact we are checking their homes and saving them thousands and thousands of dollars in potential damage from frozen pipes. Regarding the communication, I am on vacation and still responding to your requests as I did this week. You commented about the former tenant. We sent the deposit in the time frame required by law. The former tenant confirmed they were between addresses which has delayed receipt of the refund. The check was sent on 11/11/21 - not 3 months ago as you stated. Please note that I worked with the former tenant and accounting to have the money sent by ACH yesterday. You are correct, we did not charge you a termination fee. I do feel we could have done better and I'm sorry we disappointed you. That said, I wish you the best of luck moving forward. Once again, thank you for your service to our country. Unfortunately, this PM was terrible. I was highly hopeful for this company to help run my rentals as I am an out of state investor and they were recommended by a fellow veteran and investor. During two vacancies/makeready, they did not contact me once for approval for any of the work to be done. I also asked for a bid for a small project but never received a response for that but I was later billed outrageous amounts of money for jobs I never even approved. The communication is lacking and they are not responsive. I immediately wrote a notice of termination and refused to pay termination fees or any of the fees that were over the approval threshold amount of $300. The only helpful one is the regional manager but still lacking on communication. Furthermore, my previous tenant has been waiting 3 months for her deposit and has reached out several times with no response. Im not sure how this company is still is business but I highly do not recommend this company.

Good Evening, This is now the 4th review you have left on the same issue - with different names/people commenting. As I've stated before we have sent vendors out after the owner sent his own vendor - as I told you when you came in to the office. The move out date is scheduled for the end of July and we will continue working to resolve any issues that are in the home until that point. We wish you the best moving forward. Terrible experience that i had in my life. They do not stand beside to tenant when you have a serious maintenance issue. The company care only Money !!!!!!
