I left Rage Graphix today and I could not be more disappointed with their service. I had heard they do great things for the community and when I needed shirts done for work I thought they would be a great option. I stopped in on June 18th with 6 shirts in hand that I had pre-purchased at the mall. I asked if embroidery was something they could do. I left my 6 shirts there and was told it would be a couple weeks and they would call when they were done. The middle of July rolled around and I hadnt heard so I gave them a call. The shirts hadnt been started yet but I still had time before I needed them so I wasnt too concerned. The first week of August, I still hadnt heard so I called again and Matt wasnt in so I asked if he could call me. No one got back to me. On September 7th, I decided to stop in. I had called earlier in the week and I handt received an answer. When I stopped in on the 7th, the shirts still had not been started. You can begin to understand my frustration so I asked if I should just take them somewhere else but Matt promised to have them done in two weeks and he said because it was they who messed up and dropped the ball he wouldnt charge me. Okay, wasnt ideal but I really needed them done and I didnt have the time to go somewhere else... I guess I should have because on September 21, I called once again (two weeks later) and I was told they still were not done but he said they would be for sure done the following Friday. My mom has ordered and bought shirts with them in the past on multiple occasions and said she would call and see what was up. She called on Wednesday and was told the same thing that they werent started but that they would be done on Friday. She couldnt believe they hadnt even started them and Friday was 2 days away! She went to go pick them up for me on Thursday and I was going to take them some where else. I guess they are done out of house because they werent even there. So we said we would be there on Friday at 4:00. I got there at 3:45 and he hadnt even left to go pick them up yet. I just started laughing. I said this is ridiculous! I also mentioned that I was going to give him a bad review so he threaten to keep the shirts that I had bought prior and bringing them to his shop. I finally got the shirts at 5:00 pm and they do look great but the stress I went through was not worth it. I did not appreciate being smirked at or talked down to and I will not be going back.
Christy, can you please give me a call? I can't find any notes, emails or phone messages in regards to the order you are describing. We do have a limited staff and at times are overwhelmed so I apologize if we didn't relay any information back to you. I would just like to figure out what went wrong so we can make sure something like this doesn't happen again in the future. Thank you, Matt Gerard

I have reached out to this store on two separate occasions to have them create or supply baseball uniforms, hats, etc for our youth team. Gave them what A list of what I wanted and what we were looking for. They never called us back. Didnt seem as all interested when I called to ask if they could or would. I guess they dont need any extra business. We are a local team and try to support local business. They do however have a good selection of local gear which is why I didnt give them 1 star.
Rage Grafix is a great place to get things printed. Their artist did a great job with helping us to draw our graphic for our tanks and the tanks turned out perfect! Their storefront also have a lot of local high school gear that is already printed or embroidered with lots of variety of items to pick up immediately. I have used them a couple different times and they have not disappointed. I will definitely continue to use them.
Matt at Rage Grafix produces very high quality work in a timely and professional fashion. He is also very patient and willing to go the extra mile or more to make sure everything is just exactly right. Convenient location, easy parking, great selection. I am very pleased.
Kristin, Thanks for the review, your order was during a transition time, we were in a new location, extremely busy and had some staff changes. I do know that we did a job for you that no one else was able to do. You even said you checked around and were told that it couldn't be done. We ended up completing the job by the special use date and since I knew you were unhappy and I wanted to try to please you, I didn't charge you a penny for anything. You did forget to mention in your review that you were given the order for free. We have been in business over 15 years and donate thousands of dollars every year to the community and have very few dissatisfied customers. Sorry you were one that was not happy with us. They got really good product but TERRIBLE service. Went in there to have them make shirts for me and asked that they be done a couple weeks in advance before I really needed them so I could make sure there were no spelling errors, etc... Hadn't heard from them so I called to check on them... They hadn't done a damn thing. Still said I wanted them in a week. Called a week later. Oh yea, haven't had a chance to check on them. Your event isn't for another couple weeks tho, so you don't need them yet... First of all... I am the customer - I say when I want them - not you... Soo if you are looking to get something done in a timely manner DO NOT use them... They will fail. Had the same problem twice with them. I will not be using them for any of my graphic printing needs ever again.
