Went to this beauty salon in July as I wanted my eyebrows done for starting my new job. I gave the girl a very clear outline/brief of what I wanted. However she failed to deliver a massive chunk was missing from my brow and I looked a mess. Not enough had been taken off and no difference from when I walked in to when I walked out. I was distraught on arrival at home and phoned the salon. I was asked to come back in however client trust was lost. Went to other salon who saved the day. There was a reason I stopped waxing and went for another method and this salon reminded me why.

I've been having my nails done by The Beauty Queen for the last 8 years and would never ever go to anyone else. The value for money is incredible and I never have any issues with my nails breaking or chipping. The service is by far the best I've ever had, you are made to feel at ease and always have great conversations. I would 100% recommend!

Only started coming here a month or 2 ago but lesley is lovely! She's very friendly and welcoming. The salon is lovely and relaxing too. I really enjoy coming here for some "Me time".
