Carla, I'm glad you were able to find a solution for your roach issues. Roaches can be very difficult to control and often require multiple treatments as well as strong assistance from the home owner. Our service always will continue quarter to quarter or month to month based on your service type until you notify us you no longer desire service, once notified we will quickly close out the account. Accounts with a balance such as yours will be turned over to a third party if not paid within 90 days.

Oh, where to start..Please, be careful of their contracts do not believe what they tell you over the phone. They will not take cancellations over the phone or email. They will harass you for months for payment of services you clearly called in to cancel and they said it was fine. They treat with fees and collections. Today they finally sent me to collections for a fee of a service I clearly called in and emailed to cancel. Dont say that once the contract ends, its over, because its clearly not over. Dont say over the phone that its ok, when you wont validate my cancellation neither via email or phone call. Also, i had their services for a year and paid for additional services. I got a bad case of german roaches after buying a used rug and after all their treatments they were not able to solve my issue. You are better off going to do-it-yourself pest control down on chamblee and buying the products and getting rid of the pest yourself. Much faster, cheaper and less harmful to your pets and children. Will definitely NOT recommend their products or services to any of my acquaintances
Jamie, I apologize our service area did not cover your new home. In order to service each customer in a timely and effective manner we make sure our service area stays within a certain boundary. Had you completed your initial service agreement with us or not received a $150 discount on your initial treatment no early term fee would have applied.

We moved and they don't service the new area and they sent a bill claiming we canceled them when in reality, they canceled us and we ended up having to pay the $150. So if you are thinking of moving, make sure you find out if they service the new area. I moved 11 miles away from my original house.

Cant comment on their quality pest control of service, but having door to door salesman ringing doorbells at 7:45 pm in a residential neighborhood guarantees I, and most of my neighbors, will never use them. Nobody wants to discuss pest control needs at 8 oclock, and they certainly dont appreciate doorbells interrupting childrens bedtimes.
