Unprofessional...RUDE!! I was trying to get down my alley, they looked at me and kept doing what be they were doing as I sat there. Had the entire alley blocked so no one could get through either way. One guy told me he wasn't licensed to drive the vehicle, someone there obviously is, it got in the alley. I understand a clean out was in process but that does not mean you can't park along the garages so people can get through Common Sense? Common courtesy? This company as NONE!!!!! Only has one start because I had to give em 1 to post.

Mpi properties is the worst, unprofessional property management company Ive ever known. They dont handle business in a professional, or timely manner. They lie to you if you dont know your tenant rights. I gave a 28 day notice, and when I moved and returned the keys, it took them two weeks to go look at the property so I can receive my deposit. Mind you I took my own photos, because I just didnt trust them, and I let them know as well. I was never late paying rent, and I kept the property clean. August first made 21 days, dont let them try to tell you that its 21 business days because its not. I personally know someone who works in that field and she gave me the information with tenants rights. On August 2nd, I called and spoke to them and they contradicted themselves more than once. First they said that my deposit was sent out on July 11th, the day I turned in my keys. I knew they were lying because my friend lives downstairs.and no one went to look at the property until the last week in July. Then in the same sentence, they said said it was mailed out a week prior to me calling. I went off!! I had to threaten to sue. The very next day on August 3rd, I received my deposit, which was dated for August 2nd. If you dont know your rights as a tenant, they will try to get over on you. Please please please, dont rent from them. Not only are they unprofessional, they also dont take care of their property. I lived in their property for exactly five months, my friend complained about roaches, and my unit had a bad silverfish infestation. They dont care about the properties they manage, nor do they care about their tenants. Youve been warned!! Also.MPIIve read some of your replys on the reviews, dont try me at all, I am NOT who you want to get into it with. If you plan on replying to my review, it would be in your best interest to watch what you say to me, and choose your words wisely!!

Great company, but this company maintance is horrible. Don't come out to check on property, whenever I've put in a complaint they won't take the time out to respond back or come out.
