So almost 5 years after narrowly escaping a serious beating for verbally assaulting a female employee then being physically removed from the parking lot you were hiding in by OC Sheriff's you finally learned how to use google and left this re-review ? Your opinion smells about as fresh as the cab you drive.

This place is asking the taxi driver, "if you find an iPhone in your car, we will buy it for 100$," then I think they salvage the phone and use them for Parts. If you go there, you will see parts that have is not in the box or labeled professionally. It's just in the silicon bag. The owner is like a wild dog attacking the customer when the customer finds out they are using a used part after offering him the illegal offer, and he refuses to get his iPhone fixed it there. Do to that place technically admitted that they are using used part and charges for new. ( info on owner replay.) the female employee got upset and unprofessionally reassembled the customer's phone. Then she got so aggressive verbally abusive to the customers. The owner/ the A-hole show up and after realizing that he made the wrong offer to a lawful resident he tried to kick the customer out of his shop. The customer calls the sheriff and had a conversation with them. unfortunately, this is a civil matter and law enforcement can not do anything about that since the customer is outside of the shop. The shopping center is considered private property and shopping center management or security will need to remove the customer. If the owner's wish is to have his place go under investigation the customer will do legal action.
The female cashier seemed reluctant to help me grab a different charger when I told her I wanted a dual port charger for my Samsung as she already grabbed the regular one and was about to charge me without even asking me to check if that's the cable I wanted..I just got a look from her like really ?? She seemed to hate me for having to walk back and grab a different cable charger. She seemed to hate her job/life. When everything was paid and done I said thank you and not a word from her as I walked out. I should have spent my money elsewhere to get better customer service. I was hoping to help out a small business that's all but they apparently act like they don't want or need my business.
After 2.5 years the original battery on my phone got tired all at once. On that morning, it would not hold a charge anymore. I went 4 places, and they all needed my phone for 7-10 days because it is an LG and it had to be sent out for battery replacement. Finally, someone (a competitor) said I should see if Cellular and Laptop Repair Centers might be able to help. From the minute I walked in, everyone was extremely nice and helpful. I was told that they would have to order the battery but that they would have it within 2 days. In the mean time, I got to keep my phone. With the help of multiple chargers, I did not have to give up my phone during the 2 day wait. Then, not even two full days later, I got a call and was told that my battery had arrived. I immediately took my phone in and they told me they would have the new battery installed in an hour and a half. I came in at that time and my phone was all ready to go. I couldn't be happier. This is the way it should go in a situation like this. Congratulations to the great team at Cellular & Laptop Repair Centers.
Ray & his entire Team are very pleasant & professional, we have been going for years and can't recommend a better experience and quality then this establishment.
They are cheap for a reason. Be warned. They install faulty LCD screens. If you can go to south coast plaza the kiosk there charges the same price or less and use legit parts for repair.
