I was really excited to join this gym. On the phone they were super nice. I told them I wanted to come in to try out the facility and they said if I pay for a guest pass and decide to join on the same day, the guest pass fee would be applied to my membership. I went that same day, the woman at the front desk was EXTREMELY rude. She told me that shes never heard of any rule allowing the application of a day pass to the monthly fee. I explained that this is what member services told me, but she said member services were already gone (at 6pm). I asked if she could give me a receipt and she said OK. But after she ran my card the machine stopped working. There were at least 5 employees standing there, no one helped. They just stood around chatting, even the employee helping me would get distracted from what she was doing to join in the conversation. The place is run by a bunch of highschool kids with zero customer service experience. I walked out without my receipt and no membership (thank god). For $300 a month, I can do better

I have a Military service connected disability that has become progressively worse that makes it extremely difficult to work out. After verbally being told that after 6 months I'd have the ability to cancel. Now being told that I must wait an additional 90 days to cancel. Predatory and deceptive practices in place.

The customer service at the desk outside the pool/was awful. The person working there was not helpful and the instructions she gave were incredibly unclear. There was a waiver we needed to fill out at the front desk, but the front desk didnt mention this to us when we stopped there. Then when we went downstairs to the desk outside the pool/water park, we were told to walk all the way back to the front desk for a QR code. We spoke to a different man at the front desk who was apologetic and kind, but still struggled to answer questions about the waiver. To his benefit though, he was looking for answers and trying to give us more details unlike the person working the desk outside the water park/pool. The showers in the locker room also appear to have VERY limited hot water (granted, it was busy, but it seems like theres some limit to the amount of hot water.) The locker rooms also didnt have hooks or places to put things. The floors also get incredibly slippery! We will likely not be returning.
