Thanks for your review. We would like to say... there is no way you checked all the 1000+ individual pops in the store. There are plenty of common under 15$. There are some for even less then $10. Jerry Seinfeld anyone? we love culture shock and congratulate them on their growth. Both Game Guys and Culture Shock owners have know each other for years. Each store brings a different selection for each of their clientele. With our model we only have one of each pop on our floor and make sure they are treated with the best care possible, anything over 25 usually gets a protector and also categorized by theme and then number system for the collection. Soo much time is given for this! We have the old classics and new releases stocked daily. We have an invite only vip group that gets big discounts and first notice on any new arrivals. The stores are very different, Sorry you did not find what you were looking for and wish you the best in your funko pop shopping needs this holiday season! We do hope you can give a better quality rating on overall experience since you even said it looked nice. our staff are very friendly and love to talk anime too! A one star is just very unkind and should be left for those that hate us. have an outstanding day!

That place is nice butits not worth it because ALL the regular Funko Pops are for $25, I say Culture Shock sell it the better price than that store.

Sorry this happened but there are reasons we have to go by what is in our system. We have had people swap prices on pops. So we will go with what the system says, however since the issue comes up we try to explain and still help you purchase the item. In this case the pop in question is Xena #895 and we had priced for 24 and last sold on ebay for just under 20. So the employee offered to sell it to you for $19.99. We are in transition in price changes of over 6000 pops and if you buy 3 pops you get 10$ off. So we are as FAIR as we can possibly be. We have definitely the largest selection around and to have this selection we have to have a little higher price point. 99 of the pops are new never been owned we don't resell old pops. Sorry you feel that bad about your experience. We are also offering loyalty points. Just a miscommunication happened here and thanks for the attention of Cox. His price has been adjusted as well. All it takes is understanding and we listen to our customers. We are expanding our store to be the largest around we want everyone to feel they are all getting a great price and service. Usually I dont do these but Ive had it with this place. First off prices; regular shelf-wear commons should NOT be $20+, exclusives I get it for some, BUT the fact they want to charge 2-3x the ppg and/or ebay sales price is just ridiculous. For example, Dr.Cox from scrubs was for $150, when his going value is easily under $55 for the past 3 years. What made me leave the store was finding two identical pops, one for $25 and one for $13.99, although it had a slight tear in the corner. I asked if theyd honor the price for the $25 box to the $13.99, they declined which is understandable but proceeded to tell me I couldnt have the $13.99 one for that price and would have to pay $19 instead for the confusion. Ive never had a retailer tell me I have to pay more money for their mistake and not updating their inventory correctly. Save yalls money and shop around other places, plenty of other shops in the area that offer FAIR prices
