Placed an order with express delivery on Sunday 30/5. According to seller item was sent on Tuesday (Monday bank holiday) with express Royal Mail. Saturday today and item still hasnot arrived. Tracking number provided is not a trackable one (so by default not an express shipping with Royal Mail). Payed nearly 7 for it as well. Seller not reasponding to her email anymore (comme par hasard). Thank god payed with clearlay so have contacted them which have agreed to take over case for me. For nearly 200 worth of shopping I wouldnt recommend this shop to my worst enemy! If this is not an easy fix might even go to small court (thats how sicken and disappointed I am)!! Saturday 5 June the parcel has arrived with an extra fee of 3.50 as sender didnt pay for the postage fee. I am speechless. I have taken video and picture this will be taken to small court- its robbery and disrespect for costumers.
It's really hard to find things for your kids nowadays without a huge branded logo written across it and I'm so happy to have found this place. From the clothes to the toys, everything is great. The quality is extremely impressive and I've been a returning customer for almost a year! Great stuff! The staff are really friendly and helpful and Nicola, the owner, is brilliant. Really recommend.
Quality looks great and very cute but slightly over priced kids stuff in my opinion. The range in-store is limited as it is a small /pop up store. you can find more online. Customer service in-store was decent but did feel like the staff were a bit pushy whilst you are browsing. I ended up buying something as I was in a rush and needed a last minute baby gift... otherwise I would have purchased from elsewhere being honest.
