Ashley, We regret that you had a negative experience at our salon. It is very rare. The information you left out in your review was that in between your two visits you box-colored your own hair (which automatically turns into a color correction). You agreed that it will take more than one appointment to achieve what you wanted. She couldnt get you back in right away due to a very sick family (we agree she could have reached out to inform you of that). You then blocked her phone and instagram so she could not reach you, wrote a horrible review lacking information and requested a refund. That seems unfair and we dont appreciate this type of aggression when you took steps to make resolution impossible.

The first time I got my hair done it was perfect, exactly what I asked for and the stylist was very nice. The second time not so much. As I was driving to my appointment the stylist called to say she was behind and if we could push my appoint back an hour, I agreed. When I did get there it was another 45 minutes before I sat in the chair. I get things happen but I probably should have been called again to push back another hour. I asked for blonde highlights which I did get but half of them are orangey. I reached out to the stylist to fix it and she said she would see when she could fit me in..its been a week with no update of when it can be fixed. Its a bummer considering it was $380 for a haircut and color that wasnt what I asked for. I should have been squeezed in and it fixed at no charge. UPDATE TO OWNER RESPONSE: I did inform her that i boxed dyed it almost a year prior and she said that doing that one time is no issue and wouldn't be a problem. she never said it was a color correction. I NEVER agreed that it would take more then one appointment for the highlights to not be orange. What I did say was that i knew to go back to fully blond it would take multiple appointments to not damage my hair..i did not agree to orange hair and was never told it would be orange or that it wouldn't be blond. During this time she had a sick family she was posting to instagram at work and sharing stories of her at work..so don't see how she couldn't have let me know a update or squeezed me in. She did call me after i filed a claim with my credit card, i called her back and then never heard anything again so not sure how i made it impossible. I am sorry to hear that my review was "aggression" when all i wanted was what her and i agreed to. I gave her the chance to fix it but i needed it fixed quickly i should have been made a priority, whenever i make a mistake with a customer in my own small business they come first because it was my fault. As someone who has been getting their colored and bleached for the last 20 years this is by far the worst customer service. I hope in the future they do better and make mistakes a priority.

I was visiting from out of town and walked in with no appointment. Travis was kind enough to fit me in due to a cancellation, and he gave me the best haircut of my life. Everyone was super friendly and helpful, and Travis did an amazing job!
Each time Ive gone to Buffalo salon I had work done by Treena. The first time I had an appointment I was super happy and it was a great experience. But the second time I went I asked for rose gold hair color. She even texted me a set price. Said that it was only going to be a set amount. So I went to the appointment excited. Only for Treena to dye my hair hot pink instead of rose gold and over bleach my hair. And to top it off she raised the price because she had to bleach my hair more to achieve the color, (I have dark hair) in the end it wasnt at all what I wanted and I was forced to pay more regardless. She took pictures of herself doing my hair and used it as her profile picture. Thats not a big deal but at least ask your clients if its even ok to go posting pictures of them online. Highly disappointed and I havent returned since.
