Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly, until you place your order then it becomes impossible to reach them. The sales team is only interested in the initial sale and then you are no longer of use to them. Recommend figuring out what you want by asking them and then buying from anywhere else To update, shortly after writing this review the manager reached out and was able to resolve the issue quickly.
Ordered and purchased appliances back in September. 6 months later I am still waiting for my dishwasher. $10,000 refrigerator has not worked correctly since Day 1. Aztec appliances has done nothing to address the issue. It is the responsibility of the consumer to go through the manufacturer to repair the defective appliance. In addition, Aztec does not offer free appliance installation - something I never experienced and was surprised when I was required to pay >$2000 for delivery and installation of new appliances and removal of old appliances. Overall pricing was not competitive and I would highly recommend you look at other options before shopping at Aztec.
