I been trying to get a deal done with this dealership, the car Im in now was bought here just under 2 years ago and Im interested in changing and thought I would go back coz of the first time experience was good, but Ive rang them 6 times over the last 2 weeks and every time Im told we will be back in touch later on today with some figures, come on Luke you cant treat customers like this who are trying to give you business.

If you care about your car dont use this garage!!! I change my discs and pads all over my BMW 3 series, and they dont clean the old rust under when they mount the new discs. After 2000miles my car started shaking again when I press the pedal brake and I was back to Service for warranty. The answer of the Bmw Stratstone Doncaster that the discs were changed according to bmw standards, and the problem is that the discs are damaged because the rims are painted. What's more interesting is that my alloys were painted when they changed the brake discs, but they didn't let me know that I had no warranty because the alloys are painted. Please check photos to see what I found when I removed the brake discs. Its unbelievable how they fix new brake discs on the rust. I have also video how BMW Stratstone Doncaster change my Discs brakes. This video I make for Jamie Charlton, who said the discs was changed to BMW standards. I never believed in my life that something like this could happen in an official BMW service. It is unbelievable

We just got a new BMW and Ian has dealt with us through the whole process with an excellent service! He is top professional, kind, friendly and funny! Ian is knowledgeable, actually an expert in his role and responsive, he was updating us several times about process. We are definitely enjoying our rides, thanks IAN and BMW!

Avoid dealing with these people at all costs, visited today with problem of engine warning light on,car is under manufacturer warranty but could not be bothered to look or spend 10 minutes putting car on computer to find fault,simply told they could book it in in two weeks time,40k for a car and this is the treatment you get simply not acceptable,no more bmw for me, totally disgusted with this treatment
