Zero starts for them. This company is completely disorganized, unprofessional, they send employment verification requests without any release, or send incorrect release that should be provided to other companies....

Beware for your own safety! This company gives terrible advice (asking an identity theft victim to lift a fraud alert with credit agencies), and may fabricate information when they can't find anything. Employers, find a better choice.

Avoid these people. They will keep your data "safe" for 7 years. You can only get your data purged earlier if you have the company who requested it submit another request (maybe). On BBB, their reputation is terrible. If my data is compromised in a breach, I'll be one of the first to file a lawsuit.

Monsters. Absolute bureaucratic hell. I kept receiving calls to verify employment for an employee who left 5 years ago. The person on the phone talked so fast, I couldn't make out the callback number or reference number. I had to track down the employee just to call the company, who then wanted a bunch of personal information of mine. I'm typing this while I'm on hold still trying to sort this out - just to get the calls to stop and trying to help out a former employee. But the amount of time I have invested in this vs. my interest in this is ABSURD.
