Took our vehicle in for service and they could not tell us what was covered under warranty. Told us that they would have to charge a diagnostic fee to determine the issue (the same issue they had previously not repaired/diagnosed correctly), and if not covered under warranty, we would have to pay the fee. Again, for an issue that they previously did not repair/diagnose correctly. $450 for a 40K mile service, which was really expensive for an oil change and a few filters. Taking our business elsewhere. Of course, they do not have any of the maintenance history on the vehicle even though all of the service has been performed by an authorized Land Rover dealership. What's up with that? Truly ridiculous. What a scam.
I have had the worst experience here! Got a leased car and at the time they couldnt find the second set of keys. Over two months later I have requested for keys to be ordered with zero follow through. ALSO my brand new car has a ton of issues. Back up sensor goes off for no reason, suspension is uneven, car play cuts in and out. And literally the other day the entire USB port didnt work, couldnt even charge my phone. No one seems to care that they sold me a bad car, and to be honest I have a feeling they knew about these issues beforehand and still sold it to me. I feel tricked my these people and they are not to be trusted. Ive wasted so much time calling and trying to talk to the sales manager and zero response. For a luxury car dealership Ive been treated like I bought a 10k dollar car.
