my friend came in to get a septum piercing. we were told it was going to be about an hour wait on a friday night, and that we would have to stay either inside or right outside or our place in line would be lost. the attendant who helped my friend pick out her jewelry was very curt and didnt care about showing her all the options possible for a septum piercing. she basically only showed two very simple piercing options and implied those were the only options, when there was a whole other display of possibilities. my friend wanted smaller balls at the end of her piercing, and the attendant didnt even show us those until we asked about them. also, my friend asked how many people were in front of us and the attendant responded quite rudely. about 30 minutes later, we asked for a time update from another front desk attendant. the original attendant curtly asked whats their question. and when we repeated it, they said still gonna be a while in a tone like we were being ridiculous. in general, it felt very unwelcoming to both my and my friends who were paying quite a lot of money.

I went in to buy a $35 piece if jewelry for my septum. it was not screwed in very well and fell out after five hours of wear. the piece that fell connected the septum but didnt think anything of it. its been two weeks and unfortunately one side of my nostril is closed and it is physically impossible to take out the current jewelry. i contacted them about my distressing situation to which they responded with a 10% off discount to replace the jewelry. i am sure that the piercer is not well versed in sizing jewelry for black noses but the insultingly lackluster response or help given to me awards this one star review. i want to give this place a zero, but since thats not possible i give it a one.

This will always be my go-to for piercings. The studio is gorgeous and has such a wide variety of jewelry options. The piercers are extremely knowledgeable and have never disappointed when doing piercings for me or anyone I know who has gone there. Very sterile and informative as well. Highly recommend this studio for any of your piercing needs!

La peor atención la cliente que he visto y no nos dió buena sensación la ver qué una chica antes de nosotros fue a qué le revisaran un piercing hecho por ellos que estaba súper mal y le estaba generando problemas serios a la persona y no le revisaron nada, solo le dieron un bono. No se preocupan por qué sus clientes curen bien y las recomendaciones de joyas es dependiendo de la medida de la nariz no la que ellos quieran poner, hay que tener en cuenta si es nariz grande o pequeña.
