There are a few issues that I need help with . I've tried many times to call customer support but there is never anyone there .The online chat service is hopeless .Their accounts department still send out invoices on time . That's about the level of service you get . I suspect this company is about to close .

Lee from the Finance department was very abrupt, avoided answering my question and kept me on hold for ages only to hang up on me..I will take my business elsewhere if that is how you treat your customers.
