Worst experience ever !! Offered $150 for my in perfect condition red patent leather Vernis Louis Vuitton bag, the lady wasnt even willing to negotiate at all and was only willing to go up by $20, what a rip off !! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED !!! Additionally the place only takes cringe hype designer that has labels plastered all of it, so if you have elegant designer or vintage designer, LOOK ELSEWHERE! Lastly, the lady who I saw barely acknowledged I was there hence bad customer service and the place is in a seedy area. I guess my fault for not doing my research.

Guy was very nice and had reasonable offers for my gucci bag. I recommend him if you have any designer bags you want to part wit. he also buys sneakers.

Waste of time , waited outside the place for about a hour in the cold and snow , finally got buzzed in the place tried to sell my marmont multicolor used gucci bag and was only offered 200 for a 900 bag . The lady at the front doesnt even make the deal someone over the phone does that cant even actually see the bag . I was told I need a tag on the bag I would of got 750 but I thought I can bring it in because I thought they take second hand items .bad business dont waste you time unless you have tag on item
