Do not order if you have a P.O. box. They have on their website that if you have a P.O. box to not select UPS shipping. Turns out UPS is the only expeditor they use so there is no other option. The lady in accounts receivable sent us an email highlighting their confusing policy. We can read, thanks. In an attempt to try TFA/TPA as a new vendor (which cost almost twice as much) this experience has reinforced our relationship with our current brands who's flavors are not considered hazmat. We will not be shopping around again anytime soon. 3 stars for decent communication via email and getting refund processed promptly.

I provided training for Perfumer's Apprentice for the transportation of hazardous materials, both within the US and internationally. This is a very well-run company where everyone cares about providing a quality product to their customers safely and in compliance with the regulations.
