Place is a joke, you check out a car up front and no one comes out. You go inside and no one says a word. Seems like no one wants to sell a car.

Bought a used Mercedes, trickery abounded. Transmission bad, they knew it, asked them to fix it. They put a band aid on it. 6 months later,in the shop !for big transmission problem. As I walked in one day after purchasing, a salesman was very rude. Had to have my lawyer call. When I took it back to fix problem, my transmission could have blown, they asked me to drive it there, 60 miles from my home. They knew they wouldnt be liable. The worst, worst, lying thieves. The company fixing my car now, had very bad things to say about them. Dont buy a car from these shoddy film flam men.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. From start to finish it was a sigh of relief. Joe was more than amazing, he made the transaction smooth and went above and beyond. As a former wife of a veteran and a single mother, I couldn't have trusted anyone better. I was highly recommended which I could see why I was told go see Joe and the team at Ideal Motors. I am very disappointed with this dealership. I bought a car with an aftermarket radio in November. The car overall runs fine but the radio is missing the face plate. Its the kind that can be removed so it isnt stolen. When I agreed to purchase the car I was promised that either the face plate would be replaced or the radio would be replaced and neither has happened. It is now January and I am being told they are still looking and I am also being told now that they will not replace the radio, only the face plate. I can play radio chancels but the Aux does not work, neither does the CD player, the satellite radio or the blue tooth and GPS functions without the missing screen. I would have not bought this car if I wasnt reassured that this would not be an issue. I feel as though I am getting blown off although I do try to be kind when I call despite how frustrated I feel. Only 3 stars because when purchasing the car the staff was very helpful, but afterwords it feels like I can't get any real help with my issue at all.
