You have both been a regular for some time, we have loaned you cars and tools, bailed you out when you have broken your own car trying to save money, Never received a good review off you. You know my mother once said nothing good to say dont say anything. We have defiantly not sworn at you or your wife or children, Infect CCTV shows your children left unattended in the loan car at the opposite side of the road! After investigating and holding meetings with staff it is apparent that you were not happy because the engineering company would not give us a price, NOT US, Your beef is with them. Simply saying all day that you want your car back while we are waiting for the engineering company to complete work for you. They had NO Notice or booking in with them for the work you needed doing and simply saying to us "its not good enough", What would have been good enough? Ive invited you both in for a meeting - you declined, your Nephew works for us too? and this review is totally flawed and we all at SCT Refute it. Look at every other review Simon And Hannah - this review of yours makes you look stupid.

I have been a regular here for a number of years. Credit to steve and adrian. I sent family and friends here constantly. However after my m.o.t today and being spoken to today sworn at and told quote " pay your bill get ur car and dont come back" one mechanic has absolutely no ppl skills. After that my wife went back later only to be swore at in front of my children too by said mechanic. " i did however manage to claim back an apology on his behalf from adrian credit to adrian on his expertise and customer service. Please feel free to make your own mind up. Without said mechanic it would be 5 star and better review

We carried out an MOT test to your car! That's all we did. You didn't like because it failed, you asked us to cost the repairs! We did this extra work for you free of charge. And then you don't like the price so to leave us with a bad review I don't understand. We don't lie on the MOT test and we have overheads and wages to pay like everyone. So if we deserve a bad review please make it relevant to the service you received and or the way our staff speak and treat you. You should learn about something before you criticize it! I used to be customer of Chris Sellers Tyres for years. They've been always helpful and they're been doing their best for your car to pass MOT. If it needed to be fixed they've been giving you reasonable price. Under new name and in new location it is very much different now. It's looking like they try to get rid of your car off the street, just because it's not new. Wrong colour of indicator? Really? For 10 years it has been all right now it's not? Front light bulb for more than 100?? I changed it for a tenner somewhere else. When I asked for a quote I've got 1350. A joke! For your information my car passed MOT in other garage after some work done that costed me less than half of the quote (INCLUDING oil change and a coil spring change that they did not notice was broken in SCT) My point is I'm not going to come back to Scarborough Car Tech Ltd any more and I will discourage people I know to use their service.

Having been towed back to our camp sight with a seized auxiliary belt tensioner after breaking down on the A1M late in the evening, although exceptionally busy, Scarborough Car Tech were good enough to fit us in and had us up and running in just over an hour into the following morning. Really professional and great service.. Cannot recommend enough... Thanks guys..!!

Company Statement, this review is not from a genuine customer, they have seen a viral video on TikTok, which was composed by the family member of a disgruntled Ex-employee. The purpose of the video is to recruit people to defame our superb reputation. We refused to carry on speaking after being verbally abused and threatened on multiple occasions. We kindly asked them to wait approx. two weeks for their vehicle to be looked at, at the time we were in the middle of moving the entire garage and all equipment to our new premises. We have received abusive phone calls on many occasions, threatening us, asking for money back and refusing to allow us to examine the vehicle prior to any warranty outcome decision being made. Extortion is a serious matter! We were told to pay up compensation to stop the video going on TikTok. A customer is a customer in our eyes regardless of Age, Race colour, gender etc and we value you all the same. We believe we have sufficient evidence to prove this is nothing more than extortion. We have call Recordings, CCTV Footage and several independent witnesses all of which are currently under review by legal bodies and therefore we cannot share. Please read our previous reviews to gain a true representation of our company. Be kind.
