We found hair in the porridge which was really disgusting. In addition, the waiter put down the dish so hard that the sauce spilt all over my sweater. No apology!!!!! They provide such terrible service and even ask us to give more tips. Never ever go to Winsor!!! And they are doing cash only.

Cant return to a place that messes with your bill. They gouged my bill about $40 dollars more hoping I wouldnt notice. They usually fire waiters who tamper with the bill. This tampering was done by the owner. His only words were.Oh, sorry. Numbers. Always look at the numbers. Have been here 3-4 times so never bothered to look at the bill in detail. Today they charged me 2x and 3x for items I only had chosen once. I strongly do not recommend paying for services at a place that messes with your bill. There are tons of honest places in the area this place doesnt deserve your business.

Went for late brunch/early dinner. They're out of the beef rice roll 牛腸. We ordered their salt and pepper calamari....way too salty. Food are alright, but they need to work on their customer service.
