Issues that was negotiated to be fixed before taking ownership of my car was never fixed. And yet they keep expecting you to pay for these issues to be fixed, through them of course. Cars paint was damaged while replacing windshield nozzles, cars is kept for close to 2 weeks outside with little to no progress. It seems like its a guessing game with regards to what the issues are and you keep paying for every guess. Vacuum pump replaced and still experiencing issues. And the reply you get its a old car well when you put a price tag on this old car you didnt keep that in mind did you?

Gerry and his staff were great to work with during the purchase and service of a beautiful and well cared for used Mercedes. Very nice selection of used cars and SUV's, primarily Mercedes. Service as excellent after the sale. Not many used car places stay in business for over 30 years and after dealing with European Motors, I can see why they have repeat business year after year. I need a bigger garage!

Ive had a great experience with Mr. Gerry. I purchased a 2011 Bluetec E350 Benz and it is a joy to drive. All is as mr Gerry said it would be. Best car buying experience ever! I bought a 20 year old German performance car without a PPI because I felt that confident in Gerry and his team. I have no regrets whatsoever. They were great to work with. Found my dream car and the entire process was so easy and simple. Gerry was good to his word that the car was in impeccable shape and had records to share.
